Monthly marketing reports which include all client details and note regarding the meeting. In addition to a report, a "action plan" will be drafted and sent to the client detailing what needs to be done and by whom within a specific time frame.

Services offered to members of POA are at a cost relative to the service. Remember that as a member of POA you receive mass savings on these services because you are consolidating the costs with the fellow members of POA. As and when these services become available, all members will be given the opportunity to participate and the more that do the less the total cost per member. Services as follows:
Representation at relevant local trade shows and workshops eg. Indaba Travel Trade Show, Spotlight on Africa, Game Lodge Destinations & Meetings Africa.
Representation at relevant international trade shows i.e. ITB (Berlin), WTM (London), ILTM (Carnes).
International and domestic road trips and workshops over and above trade shows
The assistance in the co-ordination of entire shows i.e. Indaba, Meetings Africa, ITLM etc will include:
Assistance with the stand design & set-up including banners, furniture etc.

Certain aspects of this division support POA properties and are available to POA members. The following detailed services are on offer to existing and new clients. Public Relations & Media Administration: Perfections of Africa will assist in all marketing & media administration with clients for advertising, press release, all editorials, rates etc as per the marketing plan. Additional services include: brochure & website design consultation. We have established strategic relationships with regards to various service providers such as brochure design companies, web design and strategy companies, printing companies and photographic companies who offer all POA's clients highly competitive rates.
NEW!!!!! Perfections of Africa has recently been appointed as the official product supplier to the "Together with Trevor and Ryan" show on radio today. Ryan has also been brought on as the co-host on the show where he and Trevor discuss travel, sport, politics and more. All our clients have the opportunity to sponsor a prize and in return will receive in excess of over R 300000 worth of exposure on the radio free of charge. This opportunity makes Perfections of Africa the only marketing company to have its own radio show to use as a platform for giving our clients exposure.
