To ensure that we can provide the best possible marketing representation service to our clients, we require the necessary reservations information on a monthly basis including occupancy figures, reservation enquiries to be followed up, cancellations to be followed up and all possible leads to be investigated by us. We also require a consistent supply of promotional material including brochures, CD presentations, high resolution images and rate sheets. It must be noted that Perfections of Africa is not a sales company as our main objective is to create sales opportunities through successful marketing, leading to sales. These sales opportunities need to be converted by the client’s reservations department. We will however assist in the process.
